At Celestria, all designers are immensely hardworking, industrious and talented. Each product made by them is a product of hours of putting their nose to the grindstone. Their work is intricate and every design has layers of thoughts, perseverance and sacrifices beneath.
Which is why every request of a return or cancellation is dismaying. We request all the customers to carefully go through the product details available on the website to minimize the chances of returns or exchanges. Every diligent order ensures a reduced lead time and a happy customer.
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. We aim to provide a convenient and transparent cancellation process. Please read our Cancellation Policy below:
Order Cancellation:
- You may request to cancel your order within 24 hrs from the time of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in the processing stage and may not be eligible for cancellation.

Eligibility for Cancellation:
- Not all orders may be eligible for cancellation. Orders that have already been shipped or are in the final stages of processing may not be canceled.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once the production process has started.

Thank you for shopping at Celestria. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Returns & Refunds Policy as follows:
Eligibility for Returns:
- You may return any non-customized and unworn jewelry within 48 hours or 2 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Customized and Personalized Items:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customized or personalized jewelry, as these items are specially made for you and cannot be resold.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are not responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges:
